  • Patients with hyperuricemia and gout are recommended to avoid high intake of alcohol (1)

  • Limit intake of foods high in purine: Alcohol, seafood, offal, meat, fructos and concentrated sweets (2)

  • Dairy products reduce the risk of gout (2)
